Getting the APK on Your Android Device
The Dundas Android app does not sit in Google Play, so there is one small extra step before you actually install it. You need to let your phone run files that do not come from the store. It sounds technical, but usually takes just a couple of minutes.
Open Settings, then scroll to the “Security” or “Privacy” area, depending on how recent your Android version is, and enable “Install from unknown sources.” On newer phones this permission is tied to each app separately instead of being global, so if the switch keeps turning off, check that your browser itself is allowed to install unknown apps.
Once that is ready, you can grab the Dundas APK:
- Open your preferred mobile browser and go straight to the official Dundas website.
- On the homepage, look for the mobile section or a clear Download area.
- Tap the Dundas APK download button and wait until the file finishes saving to your device.
- Open your file manager, find the APK in your Downloads or recent files, and tap it.
- Follow the on-screen prompts, then confirm on the install screen when Android asks.
After installation completes, the Dundas shortcut appears either on your home screen or in the main app drawer. You can then log in using an existing account, or create a new profile directly from the app if you are signing up for the first time.
One more thing worth keeping in mind: whenever you install any APK, not only Dundas, always download it from the official website. Avoid mirrors and random third-party links. It saves time, avoids broken files, and helps you stay away from security problems.

Phones or tablets that still run Android 5.x or anything older are more likely to hit problems. If the installation stops or fails even though unknown sources is enabled, go to Settings - System - Software Update and see if there is a firmware update available. Outdated firmware can silently block APK installs even when all the visible permissions look correct.
The Dundas app runs both on smartphones and on tablets. Landscape mode works across the full game library, and on a larger tablet screen, table games and especially live dealer tables feel noticeably more comfortable to play for more than a few minutes.
Finding Your Way Around After Install
When you launch the app for the first time, you land in the main lobby. At the bottom of the screen there is a simple navigation bar with four core tabs: Casino, Live, Sports, and Account. Switching between them does not log you out or interrupt a running session.
From the Casino tab, the quickest way to jump into a title is to use the category filters along the top. You can move between Slots, Table Games, or Live Dealer categories in a couple of taps. Pick a game thumbnail, then choose “Play for Real” if you want to use your actual balance. Bet size controls sit on the game screen and can be adjusted before each round. The three-line menu icon inside a game gives access to the paytable, your recent round history, or a direct route back to the main lobby.
The Sports section follows a similar idea but with its own layout. Open the Sports tab, then select a league or competition from the panel on the left side. Tap into an event, pick the market you like, and add it to the bet slip. The slip itself floats at the bottom-right, shows your selections, and updates as odds move while you are still deciding.
Deposits and Withdrawals

To fund your balance, open the Account tab, tap Deposit, choose a payment method, then type in the amount in CAD and confirm. Once the transaction goes through, the updated balance appears in the main lobby and on the game screens.
Cashing out follows the same route, except you choose Withdrawal instead of Deposit. After you submit a request, it appears under Transaction History, where you can see the status label so you know whether it is pending, in progress with the provider, or already completed.
